This is a heavy duty leather restraint. It is to be used as a muff cuff around both arms. It will hold the wearers arms in a folded position in front or behind! The 60" locking strap is worn around the biceps to prevent arms from being pulled out. This looks very menacing once installed and it is ultra restraining and super functional. Overall muff dimensions are 7 1/2" wide x inside circumference maximum 17 1/2". Padlocks sold separately.
