Frequently Asked Questions
We hand craft all Sinvention brand items in house and lead times do fluctuate through out the year. We generally quote on the long end of the possible handcrafting lead time as to not disappoint anyone. Currently we advise it may take 6 -10 weeks for orders to be handmade.
Orders may be fulfilled sooner but keep this in mind as a worst case timeline.
Rush order may be possible on a case by case basis, please contact us directly prior to placing your order for more info.
We ship worldwide.
We offer a flat rate of $15 CAD for shipping within Canada and the USA. Orders of $250 CAD or more are shipped FREE within North America.
We also offer flat rate shipping worldwide. International rates will appear in your shopping cart based on your location and order total.
All parcels are insured and traceable.
All Sinvention brand items are made at our studio and retail shop located in Stratford, Ontario Canada.
All orders are shipped in plain brown boxes or plain padded envelopes. Our discreet return address is listed as “WLC” (our corporate business name Ware Leather Corporation).
If you are ordering from the USA or international, we are required to declare each item in your order for customs purposes, but we keep the descriptions vague to protect your privacy.
When you pay via Visa, MasterCard, or American Express, our company name will appear as Sinvention.
For Canadian customers: If you are sending an Interac E-transfer it will appear as Ware Leather Corporation on your bank statement.
We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Sinvention made items.
We do not cover damage caused by wear and tear due to normal usage over time.
If you experience any issues with your Sinvention gear, please send us an email with the details and photos of the item and we will do our very best to help you.
We are a full service leather shop and can repair and/or revitalize your gear within reason.
