We export our handmade leather gear to addresses around the world regularly. 

Please keep in mind that ONLY SHIPMENTS TO "THE USA AND CANADA" QUALIFY for "Free Shipping" for orders over $250 CAD

For orders with values less than $250 CAD pre-tax

- In Canada we offer $20.00 + tax CAD Flat Rate shipping via Canada Post - Expedited Parcel.
*Remote locations not included. If we determine your location is a remote location we will contact you regarding the remote location surcharge as determined by Canada Post.

- To the USA we offer $18.75 USD flat rate shipping by DHL + any import clearing fees due on delivery (brokerage / duty/ tariffs / taxes etc.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer 2 options for overseas shipments from Canada. International shipping options will be offered to you during checkout. You can choose an Easy Flat Shipping Rate for qualifying destinations based on your order total (To the UK, EU and more! *Remote locations not included) via DHL courier or we can calculate individually based on the actual packed box weight / size of parcel and destination. These flat rates are approx. 30% less than the other options available. Please keep in mind that there may be import fees such as brokerage / duty / taxes that may be due on delivery and the shipping company will reach out directly to you for any outstanding fees. We do not know the specifics of each country's policies so please familiarize yourself swith importing prior to placing your order with us.

Flat Rate International Shipping Canadian Currency orders with values:
Value Below $300 CAD - Shipping is $50 CAD
Value $300 - $500 CAD - Shipping is $75 CAD
Value $500 CAD or more - Shipping is $100 CAD

Flat Rate International Shipping American Currency orders with values:
Value Below $220 USD - Shipping is $37.50 USD
Value $220 - $366 USD - Shipping is $56.25 USD
Value Over $366 USD - Shipping is $72.50 USD

If you choose to have us calculate options for you, once your order is packed and ready to go, we will then contact you with your shipping options and rates.

We will then send you a Paypal request for the shipping dues. Once paid, we will ship out.

For international shipments we use Canada Post / DHL. We apply our volume discounts to the various rates to help you save. 
We can ship to postal boxes via Canada Post shipping only (choose from Xpresspost, Tracked Packet, Small Packet Air, or Surface Parcel)

* On average international shipping rates range from $35 - $150 CAD depending on weight / volume and value of order.
* Our International Flat Rate deals are an easy no worry option.
* Larger volume parcels or parcels of high dollar value (orders greater than $1000 value) may have higher rates.

* All importing taxes, fees, and duties are the responsibility of the addressee of the item (importer of record) and are based on the value of the goods purchased.* All parcels are fully insured and feature online tracking.

** Please contact us in advance if you require a shipping quote prior to placing your order. Otherwise you will be contacted once the order is complete to choose from the various international options and rates.

* Please note that our International flat rates do not remote locations and some international countries such as: Japan, Fiji, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia etc. 
In these cases you will be presented with the shipping options of "TBD - To be determined".
One your order is complete we will pack it up and work out rates for deliver via Canada Post and DHL.  We will advise you of your options and once you confirm your preference we will send over a payment request via Paypal for you to complete the transaction with your preferred method of payment (no Paypal account is needed, its just our secure online payment provider). Once shipping dues are paid we will dispatch and forward tracking info at that time.  Please note that we pass along our volume discounted shipping rates to you in efforts of keeping rates as low as possible.

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

To ensure the end users' privacy we always use the most generic export declarations possible. For instance on our Sinvention Leather products we ship under the Harmonized Tax code 4205.00.80 for the category "Custom Leather Accessory - Other" and descriptions will include Domestic Bovine leather restraints.  That is how our handmade leather items will be itemized and declared. Other products are declared are on an individual basis. If you have specific concerns regarding the customs declarations and it's wording please contact us directly using the contact form.

Any shipment delays due to Importing Customs of the destination country are not the responsibility of ChurchofSinvention or Canada Post/DHL, these are beyond our control and solely at the discretion of the Customs department for the importing destination country. 

Please note that delays are more frequent during high volume seasons such as Christmas. If your order is time sensitive please note that a Customs delay is possible and you should allow a few extra days travel time to avoid any disappointment.

All importing taxes, fees, and duties are the responsibility of the addressee of the item (importer of record) and are determined by your home country's customs department and are based on the retailing selling prices of the goods ordered.

Any other customs issues will be the responsibility of the addressee of the item (importer of record). If you have questions regarding importing into your country - please direct them to your local Customs office. Each country is different.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Tracking numbers are emailed directly to you from Canada Post / DHL. We also send you shipping confirmation and tracking info upon parcel dispatch
