Cleaning, storage and safety
• The lifespan of your device will be greatly increased with proper maintenance and care.
• We recommend not to use any silicone-based lubricant with this device. A water-based lubricant is the best choice. Never use massage oil or massage cream as a lubricant for your device.
• Always clean your device thoroughly before and after each use. The best is to use an antibacterial cleaner, if you don’t have an antibacterial cleaner handy, at least wash under warm water with mild soap, rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. Never use alcohol or petroleum-based cleaners. NOTE: we strongly suggest you have an antibacterial cleaner for maximum hygiene care.
• Avoid leaning your device in direct sunlight and never expose to extreme heat. Also, please be aware that your device should never be used at temperature under 2 degrees Celsius. Using your device at such a low temperature may cause damage and/or discomfort.
• To avoid injury or aggravation of pre-existing conditions, do not use on swollen or inflamed areas or skin lacerations.
