We have added these padded thigh cuffs to round out the gear options for our Ecstasy Collection of padded restraints.  These thigh cuffs perfectly match and are so divine on the legs. Each cuff features 3 strong welded dees for your tie down / tie off pleasure.  North American tanned bridle leathers are strong and secure along with heavy duty welded hardware.  The cuffs end up 3 1/2" wide overall with 1 1/2" locking buckles that will accept a small padlock (padlock sold separately).
