The heavy leather is fine heavy English Bridle and features 2 locking tongue buckles per cuff.  Solid steel rivets and welded heavy duty hardware. Shown with nickel plated steel - silver look hardware or choose brass finish hardware if you like.  Sold in pairs. Padlocks sold separately.
