These premium cuffs are lined with a soft thick full grain cowhide. The heavy leather is fine 10oz. English Bridle and features 2 locking tongue buckles per cuff. 
Please note that the locking straps are now 1" wide for even more strict leather control!  Sold in pairs of two.  Padlocks sold separately.

Small inside circumferences - 5" to 8.25"
Medium inside circumferences - 8" to 11.25"
