Heavy duty leather restraint! It is to be used as a muff cuff around both arms. It will hold the wearers arms in a folded position in front or behind!  The 48" locking strap is worn around the biceps to prevent arms from being pulled out. This looks very menacing once installed and it is ultra restraining and super functional.  Also works well with traditional cuffs on the biceps held together with our handy leather quick clips instead of the strap.

Overall muff dimensions are 7 1/2" wide  and inside circumference 8.25" to 19".  Padlocks sold separately.
