Strict control and superb quality with black and red bridle leather! Handcrafted with skill and perfection. This fully functional and beautiful locking bondage collar is constructed in the same manner as our Purgatory series cuffs. The Cardinal edition features rich burgundy OxBlood bridle leathers, soft black lining leathers, extra strong solid  brass rivets.  Choose one or three welded dees that offer an extra bit of bling for your slave or pet.  This slave collar features a steel locking tongue buckle that can be used with or without a padlock.   Please note that this is the only item in the Purgatory Series whereby there are smooth rivet caps on the inside of the collar are exposed (our cuffs and wider collars have the rivets buried inside the lining leathers).
