This fully functional and beautiful locking bondage collar is constructed in the same manner as our Purgatory - Classic Deluxe series cuffs. Extra strong rivets, this version showcases an O-Ring on the centre front and dees on the sides for creative bondage scenarios.  This BDSM collar features a locking tongue buckle that can be used with or without a padlock. Padlock sold separately.
